I got a question from an online student about my “Chasing the Tail” project from my Black Hat talk a few years ago, and while it would be a fun one to work on, I wanted to give myself an extra week to work on it. So this week, I thought I’d blog about something that’s a little bit personal but I think relevant to quite a few of us – getting healthier in general, and weight loss specifically.
Like no doubt some of you, I’ve struggled with being overweight my entire life, and it’s something that I struggle with to this day. It’s always been very frustrating to me on a personal level that in some areas of my life I have fantastic discipline, and then when it comes to weight loss, you just always kind of struggle. People definitely look at you a little bit differently.
I have been making some improvements in that area, and so this week I just want to share a few things that have really helped me. If it helps even one other person, then it will obviously be well worth it.
